Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the problems of agricultural groups. Baan Deed Group, Khlong Yong Community - Lan Tak Fa, Nakhon Chai Si District, Nakhon Pathom Province 2) to study the needs of the agricultural group Ban Deed Group, Khlong Yong Community - Lan Tak Fa, Nakhon Chai Si District, Nakhon Pathom Province 3) to find guidelines for sustainable development of agricultural groups Baan Deed Group, Khlong Yong Community - Lan Tak Fa, Nakhon Chai Si District, Nakhon Pathom Province Population is 10 farmers who are members of Ban Deed Community Enterprises Group, Klong Yong - Lan Tak Fa Community, Nakhon Chai Si District, Nakhon Pathom Province, obtained from a specific random sampling in the data collection between November 2021 to April 2022. Use questionnaires to collect data from Then the collected data was analyzed. The results of the study found that Most of the farmers were female, average age 53 years, and completed primary education. Most farmers do not have additional occupations. Farmers have an average household income of 7,000 baht per month, saving money. The problem of the agricultural group at the highest level is the problem of investment in agriculture and access to online markets is at a high level The needs of farmers found that the group of farmers had the highest level of professional development/vocational training in crop cultivation and require knowledge of agricultural product processing at a high level Therefore, relevant agencies should promote, support and suggest guidelines for Providing investments in farming as well as educating farmers on access to online markets, career development, and the proper and proper processing of produce.
