The sample population consisted of 400 personnel of Trang people. Questionnaires were used as a tool for data collection. The statistics used for data were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis.</p> <p>The results of the study found of 1) Problems People’s needs were as follow: 1) low economic expansion because Most of the economic structure depends on the agricultural sector. 2) The use of innovation to increase the value of output is relatively small. 3) Problems of service quality of tourist attractions. 4) Natural resources and environmental issues. 5) Population structure problems in provinces that tend to increase in aging society and 6) drug problem and community economic development have a high level.
