The study period was 1 semester from November 2022 to March 2023. There were 3 development steps consisting of 1) data synthesis to determine the model. The development of proactive learning experiences of early childhood children with empirical effects on learners. 2) Design and development of the model. for active learning experiences of early childhood children that have an empirical effect on students and stimulate teacher professional development; The results of the research revealed that from using the proactive learning experience model for early childhood children, the results of assessment of all 4 areas of development were improved to 100%, with the highest number being 137 classrooms at an improvement of 100%. 95.0-99.9, there are 136 classrooms, the level has improved to 90.0-95.99, there are 17 classrooms. Children have developed emotional development. The mental standard level has improved by 100 percent with 150 classrooms, 95.0-99.9 percent with 133 classrooms, 90-95.99 percent with 146 classrooms. Children's intellectual development according to the standard level has improved by 100 percent with 96 classrooms. It was quantitative and qualitative research. For quantitative sample group choosing by a simple random method. The sample size of policewoman 76 people. The qualitative sample group selects a specific sample method. The policewoman 10 people 2) commander people and the lecturer 2 people. The research tools were questionnaire and Interview. The statistics were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.), and One-Way ANOVA. And, the qualitative analysis by using the in-depth interviews. To use in-depth interviews by analyzing using relationships between groups of data for conclusions. The results were founded that education level affects to increase the efficiency of operational safety management all factors as physical (including safety, performance, and environment), equipment/tools, and the law enforcement. In Su-ngai Kolok District Narathiwat Province Problems and obstacles of volunteers participating in crime prevention with local security agencies. Su-ngai Kolok District and to suggest ways to increase the efficiency of Territorial Defense Volunteers in engaging with local security agencies. Su-ngai Kolok District In preventing crime, research results 1) The role of the Territorial Defense Volunteers, Su-ngai Kolok District, Narathiwat Province, in maintaining peace and order, found that their practice was at a high level. The item with the highest average value was monitoring security threats. In terms of services, it was found that there was a high level of compliance. The item with the highest average value was the role in royal volunteer work and other public service work. 2) Problems and obstacles of volunteers. In terms of internal management of the organization, it was found to be at a moderate level. The item with the highest average value was a lack of budget and equipment. The environment outside the organization was found to be at a moderate level. The item with the highest average value was the lack of cooperation in working from outside the organization. Issue of role in maintaining peace and order Volunteers work to watch out for dangers. Emphasis is placed on those causing insurgency. As for the role in service It will focus on facilitating military and police personnel performing duties in the area. These recommendations are derived from a review and synthesis of studies that analyze a causal model of the factors affecting e-participatory decision-making among youth in the public policy process. Data were collected from a sample of 846 youth in Bangkok. The research results yielded 11 recommendations that encompass steps in the public policy process. Emphasizing the integration of electronic participation and capacity building, this approach considers the creation of awareness of the importance of the rights, duties, and benefits of electronic service systems in government agencies. These systems should be developed to be user-friendly, uncomplicated, and communicate with messages and language that are suitable for youth. Under the creation of a participatory culture that integrates the use of online electronic channels and traditional offline participation. This includes building youth capacity by supporting knowledge, access to information and technology, and appropriate participation costs. As well as empirically valuing electronic participation or youth voices. This leads to recommendations so that government agencies can apply them to various operations that require participation from youth through electronic service systems as appropriate.
