Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the attitudes of and factors affecting attitudes toward the Criminal Code Section 112 students in Bangkok, this study was a quantitative research. From the whole population, the researcher defined a sample in this study, especially the group. 400 students in Bangkok were drawn from the formula for calculating population size, namely WG Cochran's formula, with a questionnaire. The sample group's overall attitude toward Section 112 of the Criminal Code was at a low level. representing an average of 2.52. Considering each aspect, it was found that the sample group had an attitude that the section 112 Restricting the right to freedom of thought and expression The mean is 1. 82 followed by those who think that Section 112 has a penalty of imprisonment of three to fifteen years is too high.
