Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the attitudes of and factors affecting attitudes toward the Criminal Code Section 112 students in Bangkok, this study was a quantitative research. (Quantitative Research) The population used in The population study in this research was students in Bangkok. From the whole population, the researcher defined a sample in this study, especially the group. 400 students in Bangkok were drawn from the formula for calculating population size, namely WG Cochran's formula, with a questionnaire. The sample group's overall attitude toward Section 112 of the Criminal Code was at a low level. representing an average of 2.52. Considering each aspect, it was found that the sample group had an attitude that the section 112 Restricting the right to freedom of thought and expression The mean is 1. 82 followed by those who think that Section 112 has a penalty of imprisonment of three to fifteen years is too high. It can be compared to the offense of preparing a treason. crime of involuntary manslaughter offense of depriving a minor under 15 years of age, etc., and thought that Section 112 did not separate the bases and the factor that most affected the attitude towards Section 112 of the Criminal Code was knowledge and understanding of Section 112 of the Criminal Code, resulting in 76.1% (p value = 0.000), which results in the opposite direction, followed by political views 60.2 percent effect (p value = 0.000)
