This article was a documentary research regarding human rights, rights, and liberties knowledge including rules of gathering and informant interviews who was the leader of MBK39 “Mr. Sirawit Seritiwat” or “Ja New” to discuss about political gathering. In light of the investigation, The study found that the people’s political movement under the dictatorship occurred by releasing a dispersion of social issues on social media. Nonetheless, when social media could no longer be used as means for political movement due to the disruption of artificial intelligence (AI) and information blockage, offline techniques were presumed on streets.
