Innovative Training Process and Improving Service Effectiveness for Staff of Promoting Health Accommodation in Lanna Civilization Area

This research primarily aimed to create an idea for innovative training processes and improving the effectiveness of the staff service of promoting health accommodation. This study was conducted using mixed methods approach in which quantitative research was conducted using questionnaires for service users to study the service effectiveness of the staff by analyzing the data by mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test. The study found that the effectiveness of staffing services is most appropriate was a reliability or reliability. Qualitative data were collected by in-depth interviews and using content analysis. The key contributors in the qualitative research were divided into 2 groups: 1. management or representative for promoting health accommodation to study the training process and improve the service effectiveness of staff; 2. qualified persons and academic experts to create innovative training processes and improve service quality. The results found that the impact assessment process should be increased for continuous improvement of service quality, in order to build credibility or trust and also to meet the needs of users so that the service quality would not changed despite varying external environment.
