Capital Groups and Condition of Capitalist State in Local Politics

The study entitled ‘Capital Groups and Condition of Capitalist State in Local Politics’ includes research questions as follows: what is the formation of the condition of capitalist state under capitalism? And to what extent is the correlation among capital groups in terms of the conflict and the co-operation; what problems and how? The hypotheses assumed that the industrial capital groups in connection with national politician groups have managed/ dominated the administration of administrative section and municipal council to seek benefits for their own capital groups. Moreover, the service-trade capital groups in connection with local politician groups have movement in terms of competition with industrial groups expanding their capital and political power into local level to keep the profit of their groups in municipal area while the various municipal’s activities continue under the existence of the legal power of the municipal instead of under the benefit of capital groups. The finding is in line with the notion of relative autonomy in capitalism stating that in some period the state becomes independent from the whole capitalist groups while relying on the overall benefit of capitalism. The survey results indicate that the studied municipal possess relative autonomy to overall benefit the capitalists. Moreover, in terms of the movement of various capitalist groups in the area, the competition for advantages of political power expansion exists.
