Dental Appointment Application in Android Operating System

Abstract

This research aimed to: 1) evaluate the use of patients’ dental appointment application through Android operating system; 2) evaluate users’ satisfaction towards the application; and 3) analyze the correlation factors concerning age, income, and the use of the application for appointment with dental patients through Android operating system. The research findings showed: 1) the use of patients’ dental appointment application through Android operating system was at the highest level (x ̅ = 4.63, S.D. = 0.63); 2) the users’ satisfaction was at a high level (x ̅ = 4.71, S.D. = 0.48); and 3) the correlation between age, income, and the use of application for dental appointment through Android operating system was at statistical significance of 0.05.
