Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) To study the current and desirable conditions of Academic Administration 2) To study Academic Administration Affects the Effectiveness of Learners' Skills in the 21st century 3) To create the model of Academic Administration Affects the Effectiveness of Learners' Skills in the 21st century 4) To assess the model of Academic Administration Affects on the Effectiveness of Learners' Skills in the 21st century. These are studied from a sample of informants. 92 executives people and 368 teachers people. A total of 460 people. We used a mixed research method. The research tools were questionnaires and suitability assessment forms on the possibile usefulness and their consistency. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and required demand index. The results of the research revealed that 1) The overall current state was at a high level, including assessment, evaluation and comparison of learning outcomes ( = 4.24, S.D.= 0.69), educational supervision ( = 4.18, S.D.= 0.77), learning management development ( = 4.16, S.D.=0.75), Teach educational institutions ( = 4.16, S.D.=0.75) respectively. As for the desirable conditions, overall level was at a high level and had measurement, evaluation and transfer of learning outcomes ( = 4.41, S.D.=0.63) teaching and learning development education supervision and promoting development, media innovation and digital technology education ( = 4.35, S.D.=0.68), educational supervision ( = 4.35, S.D.=0.72) respectively. 2) Components of academic administration that affect learner effectiveness, includes the development of school curriculum (B= .059) learning management development (B= .002) and assessment evaluation comparison of learning outcomes (B= .062), constant equal to 2.006. Significant Dev. at the .05 level, which could predict the skill effectiveness of learners in the 21st century at 99.30 percent. 3) The model of Academic Administration Affects the Effectiveness of Learners' Skills in the 21st century. There are elements name-form, principles and reasons, objectives, goals, elements, measurements and evaluations, guidelines for developing academic administration that affect learners' skills in the 21st century of success factors. 4) The evaluation results of the overall model were at the highest level ( = 4.89, S.D.= 0.20)
