Abstract

The purpose of this research were to 1) management competency 2) management affecting school administration in the 21st century and 3) The relationship between management competency management affecting school in the 21st century under the of ratchaburi educational service area 2. The samples were 300 personnel Acquired by stratified random sampling. The instrument used for collecting data is a questionnaire with 5 levels of estimation. The statistics used for data analysis are frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation. And Pearson's correlation coefficient. The research results were as follows: 1) Management competency under the of ratchaburi educational service area 2 in overall and aspect were at high level, ranking form high to low: Service mind, Teamwork, Achievement motivation and Self – development. 2) Management affecting school administration in the 21st century under the of ratchaburi educational service area 2 in overall and aspect were at high level, ranking form high to low: Improve the results of all students, Develop others to be leaders, Create a network to promote learning and success, Explore and support the use of ICT and e-learning, Initiate effective learning activities and Develop a school to be a learning community. 3) Management competency and Management affecting school administration in the 21st century under the of ratchaburi educational service area 2.
