Abstract

This research is a quantitative research. have a purpose To study the characteristics of graduates in the 21st century in the field of Educational Administration, Faculty of Education, Nakhon Sawan Rajabhat University. The method of conducting this research was to study the characteristics of graduates in the 21st century in the field of Educational Administration, Faculty of Education, Nakhon Sawan Rajabhat University. The sample group consisted of students in the Department of Educational Administration. Graduate Studies, Class 22 - 23, Academic Year 2021, Faculty of Education, Nakhon Sawan Rajabhat University, with a total number of 180 persons, have a process for studying the characteristics of graduates in the 21st century in the field of Educational Administration, Faculty of Education, Nakhon Sawan Rajabhat University as follows: by analyzing principles, concepts, theories and findings 2. Prepare the conclusions obtained from the study of concepts, theories, and research related to the characteristics of graduates in the 21st century to be used as a framework for questionnaire construction. 3. To present the interview form to experts for consideration. validate Appropriateness of the tools were then taken to questionnaire on characteristics of 30 graduates in the 21st century in the Department of Educational Administration, Faculty of Education, Nakhon Sawan Rajabhat University. The sample size was determined using Craigsie and Morgan's tables. Hands used for collecting data consisted of Questionnaire on the characteristics of graduates in the 21st century in the field of Educational Administration, Faculty of Education, Nakhon Sawan Rajabhat University. Analyze the data by averaging. standard deviation and content analysis The results showed that Characteristics of graduates in the 21st century of students in the Department of Educational Administration, Faculty of Education, Nakhon Sawan Rajabhat University, classified into 5 aspects: 1. Moral and Ethical Attributes 2. Knowledge Attributes 3. Intellectual attributes 4. Interpersonal Characteristics and Responsibilities 5. Characteristics of numerical analysis, communication and use of information technology. Overall, it is at a high level. The mean was 4.14 and the standard deviation was 0.73 when considering the assessment items. It was found that every item had a high level of evaluation results. The assessment items with the highest average were interpersonal and accountability characteristics. The mean was 4.27 and the standard deviation was 0.71. The assessment items with the lowest mean were intellectual characteristics. The mean was 3.91 and the standard deviation was 0.81
