Abstract

The purposes of this research  article were to 1) to develop teachers and educational personnel to be able to develop Innovation in education management in Active Learning model with a 5-step GPAS system-based thinking process that affects student innovation 2) study and research the model of innovation development in Active Learning by using GPAS 5 Steps system thinking process for teachers and educational personnel under the Office of the Basic Education Commission. 3) remove lessons from the implementation of innovative Active Learning model development for teachers and educational personnel under the Basic Education Commission. A sample group of educational establishments in the central region of 10 provinces (including Bangkok). The number of teachers and personnel under OBEC participated in the project, totaling 3,000 people. This research used the process of developing Active Learning by using advanced thinking processes based on GPAS 5 Steps Management System. Project-based learning (Project-based Learning: PjBL) and supervision of the Coach Moving Team using mixed research methods (Mixed Methods) consisting of quantitative research and Qualitative Research. The results showed that teachers and personnel under OBEC participated in the 12-hour training program to enhance Active Learning teaching capability. Teachers used innovation in learning management. Innovative students using the classroom as a development base In the central region and Bangkok, 10 provinces, 29 schools, pre-school learning outcome scores ( = 16.56 , S.D. = 4.16) and post-study mean scores (= 27.29 , S.D. = 2.54). Reflecting the achievement of learning and knowledge gained from training The participants were satisfied with the training. Overall, it was at the highest level (= 4.61 , S.D. = 0.54) and the overall satisfaction of the process of strengthening the Professional Learning Community (PLC.) using the classroom as a base and following the Coach Moving Team was overall. At the highest level (= 4.40 , S.D. = 0.65).
