The objectives of this research are: 1) to study the enhancing welfare for police officer, Bangpoo Police Station 2) to study the satisfied level of the enhancing welfare for police officer, Bangpoo Police Station 3) the point out the enhancing welfare for police officer. The sample of this research is 145 polices officer in Bangpoo Police Station. This quantitative research according to 4 parts, economics, education, health, amusement, and stability by calculate frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The result shows that 97.9% of the police officer in Bangpoo Police Station is male, 44.1% is the age of 21-30 years old, 85.5% is non-commissioned police officer, 54.5% is Bachelor degree graduation, 58.6% is 10,000 – 20,000 Baht salary, 40.7% is 1 – 5 working year, 57.9% is marriage.
The overall satisfied level of the enhancing welfare of the police officer in Bangpoo Police Station is low ( =2.454)to consider for each part, the researcher found that the health and the amusement is moderate level ( =2.860) the stability is moderate level ( =2.713) the economics is low level ( =2.203) and the lowest level is education ( =2.040) The guidelines of the enhancing welfare are there should be the development and improvement of the welfare by providing the supportive budgets and special compensation should be paid in accordance with the performance of the mission of the police officer in Bangpoo Police Station appropriately, also there should be the support about education by management of training in several fields, for example, training to prepare, training for weapons. Increase compensation in health that appropriate with current economics. Moreover, the recruitment of employees to sufficient for the operation.
