Abstract

The purpose of this study is: 1) to study the characteristics of leaders according to the cognition of teachers and civil servants in schools affiliated to the South Brin Secondary Education District Office; 2) According to the cognition of teachers and civil servants in schools affiliated to the South Brin Secondary Education District Office, the characteristics of school leaders are compared. Taking the cognition of teachers and civil servants in schools affiliated to the South Brin Secondary Education District Office in 1962 as a questionnaire, this paper investigates the characteristics of leaders of 40 students. The coincidence degree between the question and the goal is between 0. 80 to 1. 00 has an overall confidence of 0. 88. The statistical data used in the study are mean, standard deviation, T-value test, one-way difference analysis and the test of double mean difference by the method of discarding fees. The results show that: 1) According to the views of civil servants on teachers in educational institutions, the highest average of secondary educational institutions in South Brin is administrative knowledge, the highest is foresight, the highest is practice, the lowest is practice, the lowest is average, and the lowest is based on the views of educational institutions on teachers and civil servants, which has a development direction consistent with leaders' policies. When classified by education level, there are significant differences in the knowledge level between teachers and civil servants of educational institutions on the attributes of leaders. According to the classification of academic qualifications, it is found that teachers and civil servants with different academic qualifications have different views on the characteristics of leaders. According to the views of teachers and civil servants in educational institutions on personality, the differences at all levels are statistically significant. According to the current work experience, it is found that teachers and civil servants with different work experiences have different views on the characteristics of leaders. According to the views of teachers and civil servants in educational institutions on morality, there are significant differences in level. 05
