Abstract

Objective of this research is: 1. To study the performance of the police officers at Phuthon Muang Chumphon Station 2. To compare the performance of the Muang Chumphon Provincial Police Officers by gender, age, education level, rank, time Government service Average monthly income Subject to contact the police station The quantitative research method was used. The sample used in this research was factors affecting the efficiency of police officers' performance. Phuthamuang Chumphon Station, 210 people. The research tool was to collect questionnaires. The statistics used to analyze the data were using the mean   and standard deviation (t). -Test) and one-way ANOVA statistic was used to test the mean of the comparison group, the mean of two or more variables, and if differences were found, the study used the Least-Significant Different ( LSD), the results of the study showed that The factors affecting the performance of the police officers in Muang Chumphon Police Station, overall, were at moderate level. With the highest factor in Respectfulness ( = 3.80) is the first, followed by the relationship with supervisors and colleagues ( = 3.44), and lastly, opportunities for advancement ( = 3.17) Shows the determination and care in the performance of the police officers. In providing services in order not to cause any loss to the people
