Abstract

This research aims to study problems and obstacles in police work and to find solutions to problems and obstacles in the work of the traffic police at Saensuk Provincial Police Station. Chonburi Province By quantitative research method The sample group was the traffic police officers at Saensuk Provincial Police Station. Chonburi Province Data were collected in August 2020, a questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection, and Multi Stage Sampling was used research. The research results were as follows: 1.) Summarize the results of the questionnaire. Most of the respondents were all male, age 30-40 years old, unmarried, bachelor's degree education. The average monthly income is 10,000 - 20,000 baht and has a duty to perform traffic work of 5 - 10 years. Most of the respondents agreed on budget and welfare work. At the most level ( =4.91) manpower work, morale, and length of service. Very level ( =4.10 and 4.05 respectively), the results of the study will be useful in the direction of problems and obstacles in the work of the traffic police.
